woodgrain journal

lookie here!! i found this gorgeous BLUE woodgrain contact sheets! apparently they are from holland. i just had to make a notebook straightaway, so i used the woodgrain sheets, scrapbook paper from philippines, some embellies and of course my trusty dymo, and ta-dahhh! homework book for school (which is starting on monday). having new stationery always makes school more fun. haha. shall try to make some for the shop soon! (:

hullo!

i must apologise for the lack of updates. i thought that i would have more free time since it was the hols, but it seems to be very much the opposite! anyhow, yesterday was the last day of my relief teaching. i have been doing some crafty stuff, but not stuff that are for squiggletown. anyhow, will try to upload at least some notebooks this weekend, if not the next. and perhaps some new earrings too!

custom order: brights kit

so this is the first squiggletown kit! quite happy with it. i complied an album of 20 odd pages, all using either cardstock or premium scrapbook paper. no construction paper and such. and there was also one full set of alphas (which i think is super important in any project!) and i had a hodgepodge of prima flowers, foam hearts, foam stars, buttons, and i stamped and hand-cut this crazy load of flowers, journalling spots, boy-girl icons and ticket stubs! that took the most time. but makes it much easier for any beginner. they mainly just need scissors, glue and a fair bit of photos to finish the book. (: so you can see from the picture peeks of the type of paper used, the embellies, the alphas and the front of the album.

i started hols, but plunged right into relief teaching. so i got a brief respite this weekend (i don't have school tmr, and next monday, thursday and friday). i haven't heard anything from MAAD, but no worries, i'll still be crafting. so will definitely try to upload something on sunday (sunday is squiggletown's new items day!) might even have time for sneaks. we'll see. so in the mean time, feast on this little piece of eye candy - the brights kit! ttfn!
